We have been working hard to assemble a team of dedicated cooks, bakers and serving staff. Ian Dodds, our general manager, brings along years of experience in the restaurant business. At the Café Meteor Bistro, each person plays a critical role and brings something different to the table. Our kitchen staff has people from diverse backgrounds, offering insight from different cultures and generations. Teamwork is very important to us; the servers and the chefs are working together to create the perfect experience for you. Kim Fraser, our chef, will be responsible for the main meals as well as the pastry/baking and desserts in our kitchen. Our serving staff includes many talented individuals, some of whom are bilingual.
