Poschaven Farms

Poschaven Farms, located in Kenabeek, Ontario, is Café Meteor Bistro’s main producer of flour. They work with rye, spelt, buckwheat, oats, wheat, and barley, and focus on organic growing and processing of these grains. Their products contain no GMO’s and their farm and stone mill is certified organic annually by Ecocert.

ACME Agriculture & Food Ltd

Adolph Ng., the President of Acme Agriculture & Food Ltd., and his father Ng. Man Hon, the director, are passionate about agrifood and sustainable development. Their mission is to deliver high-quality food products to improve health, promote sustainable agriculture and contribute to the Canadian economy all while protecting the environment. They produce organic oatmeal, spelt, rye flours and buckwheat groat. We will be using their oats for several recipes in our kitchen.
